Luke was born and raised here in the Midwest. He joined our team in early 2013 as a marketer and worked hard in his efforts to make himself an important part of the organization. He currently is a dynamic team lead with a keen eye for creating amazing updates to the bath space while keeping them affordable for his clients. He is a great advisor for many clients looking to stay in the comforts of their own homes by being knowledgeable on the different safety options we can offer.
Today, Luke and his wife are raising their sons with Midwest roots. He enjoys playing slow pitch softball with friends and spending much of his free time with his family.

Born and raised in a small town here in the Midwest, Randy joined our team in early 2018 and quickly rose to a dynamic design specialist with a keen eye for creating amazing updates to the bath space while keeping them affordable for his clients. He is a great advisor for many clients looking to stay in the comforts of their own homes by being knowledgeable on the different safety options we can offer.
Today, Randy and his wife reside in a small country town in Illinois, and they spend much of their time raising their two boys, going to sporting events, and traveling with friends & family. Randy and his boys are also avid outdoorsmen.
Dustin Shepard
Design Specialist Team lead
Dustin lives in a small village on the outskirts of the Quad Cities. He joined our team in early 2021 and quickly rose to a dynamic team lead, with a keen eye for creating amazing updates to the bath space, while keeping them affordable for his clients. He is a great advisor for many clients looking to stay in the comforts of their own homes by being knowledgeable on the different safety options we can offer. Dustin is a great addition to the Midwest Bath team with 15+ years of experience in the construction industry, and 4 years of design in the bath space. In his free-time, Dustin enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing and traveling on his Harley!
