OVERVIEW
We are growing at an impressive pace and are in need of an experienced In-home Sales Technician. Since 1897, Kohler’s success has been built upon quality products and, partnered with Midwest Bath’s expert installation, we have a direct to consumer solution that is second to none.

ABOUT YOUR MANAGER
You will be working directly with our Sales Manager, an individual who is committed to your success. They are responsible for your training and ongoing development. They will not be micro-managing; they will expect that you will work independently on your own, but will always be available to provide backup and support when needed in a team-based environment.
SCHEDULE
Our Representatives work 4-5 days a week on a schedule of one day off during the week, every Sunday off, and an alternating Saturday schedule. You will be allowed time off upon a request in advance. Leads are provided by the company at a set schedule, before each work day. Appointments are within 1.5-2 hours of your home town.

marketing administrator:
We are seeking a reliable, responsible, and dedicated individual to support our marketing department by setting and confirming appointments. Cold calling is not required.
Qualified applicant will be able to "chat up" the caller, creating urgency and excitement about getting a free estimate from our company.
This person will be responsible for entering leads from paid sources into the company database and maintaining the sales appointment calendar.
This person must be well-spoken, professional, over-the-top friendly and computer literate.
Phone conversations frequently require quick-thinking with smart and quick rebuttals to questions and/or objections.
Applicants with prior experience is encouraged.
Full-Time Position: Mon-Thurs 10:30am-7pm Fri 8am-4:30pm
Pay: $14/hour plus bonus eligibility for excellent work after 30 days. 401k options available. PTO. Ask about our Sunshine Bonus Program! Paid training is provided. Weekly Pay.
